    Helen D. Forsythe, RN, 79, of Somerset and Yelm, Wash. died May 1, 2000
  at Meadowview Nursing Center, Berlin.  Born Feb. 6, 1921 in Black Township.
  Daughter of Ephraim and Mayme (Swearman) Romesberg.  Preceded in death by
  parents and her husband John, a daughter Patricia, sister Della Jane
  Romesberg and Mary Ringer.  Survived by a daughter Judy Gudgell of Yelm,
  Wash. Three grandchildren.  Sister of: Merle Romesberg married to Dorothy
  Shaffer of Rockwood; Wilbur Romesberg, a resident at Patriot Manor; Paul
  Romesberg, married to Violet Shaffer of Indian Head; Floyd Romesberg
  married to Shirley Gaudy of St. Louisville, Ohio; Ephraim Romesberg Jr.
  married to Jean Whitehill of San Jose, Calif.; Luella Ogle of Harborcreek,
  Pa.; Betty Clarke of Geneva, Switzerland, and Elaine Johnson of Rockwood. 
  A 1939 graduate of Rockwood High School.  Graduate of Sacred Heart Hospital
  School of Nursing in Cumberland, Md. A member of the American Registered
  Nurses Association, retiring after a number of years service at Somerset
  State Hospital.  Family will receive friends 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
  Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, Rockwood, where funeral service will be
  conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, Rev. Randall Bain officiating.  Interment,
  Rockwood IOOF Cemetery.
