  James H. Foster, 63, 800 E. Main St., Somerset, died Sept. 26, 1983, at
  Memorial Hospital.  Born May 6, 1920, in Jenners, son of Ward H. and
  Catherine Lena (Johnston) Foster.  Preceded in death by parents; and infant
  sister, Anna Mae.  Survived by daughter, Vivian Martin, France.  Brother of:
  Robert B., Springfield, Ore.; Grace L. Charlton, Stoystown RD 2; Donald
  Paul, Ligonier RD 3; Delores V. Schultzenburg, Lancaster; and Thelma F.,
  Stoystown RD 2.  Member Somerset Aerie No. 1801 F. O E., Somerset Post No.
  554 VFW and Jenner Rod and Gun Club. Army veteran of World War II.  Friends
  will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Wednesday, at Hoffman Funeral Home,
  409 Main St., Boswell, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, the
  Rev. Samuel E. Charlton officiating.  Interment, Jenner Crossroad Cemetery.
