    James N. Foster Sr., 82, a long time resident of Nescopeck and Windber,
  died Sept. 2, 1995, at Allegheny Lutheran Personal Care Home.  Friends will
  be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the William Kisiel Funeral Home,
  Windber, where funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Rev.
  Dennis L. Doebler officiating.
