    Joann Marie (Brown) Foust, 63, Zephyrhills, Fla., died Aug. 22, 1999, in
  Shands Hospital, Gainesville, Fla. Born in Johnstown, she lived in Central
  City and Somerset, and moved to Florida 40 years ago.  Member of the
  Pentecostal faith. Survived by her husband, Charles L. Foust Sr.; two sons:
  Charles L. Foust Jr. and Mahlon E. Foust, both of Odessa, Fla.; one
  daughter, Deborah B. (Foust) Faison, Zephyrhills; a sister, Phyllis (Brown)
  Bloom, Defiance, Ohio; and five grandchildren.  The service was held in
  Florida.
