  Clara Faye Foutz, 77, died Feb. 27, 1983, in Valdosta, Ga.  She was born in
  Cowensville, and was a former resident of Florida, and lived in Valdosta for
  the last 11 years.  She was a member of the Lutheran Church.  She is
  survived by her husband, the Rev. Martin F Foutz, Valdosta; three sons;
  David Foutz, Valsosta; Col. Martin F. Foutz Jr., Okla.; and Mark Foutz,
  Martinez, Ga.; seven grandchildren, one sister and one brother.  Funeral
  services Tuesday at 4 p.m. in Valdosta.  Interment, Sunset Hill Cemetery.
