    Helen Louise Fox, 80, Somerset, died Oct. 10, 2008, at Somerset Hospital. Born Dec. 5,
  1927, in Somerset, the daughter of John Calhoun and Florence Lilly (Meyers) Lafferty.
  Preceded in death by parents; husband, William Edward Fox, who died Oct. 12, 1968; and
  two infant sisters. Survived by daughter, Mrs. Barry (Jacqueline "Summers") Miller, White
  Post, Va.; granddaughter, Mrs. Randy (Melissa) Ehle, Hagerstown, Md.; great-grandchildren,
  Devin and Danielle; step-grandchildren, Adam Miller, Manassas, Va.; Thomas Miller and
  wife, Lindsay, Winchester, Va.; Susan Miller and Margaret Miller, Manassas;
  step-great-grandchildren, Alysia and Griffin. A 1945 graduate of Somerset High School.
  She had worked as a supervisor for the County Board of Assistance until her retirement in
  1991 with 22 years of service. Also a member of Grace United Methodist Church, PARS,
  worked as a volunteer for RSVP and also did volunteer tax work. Friends will be received
  from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, where
  service will be conducted 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Grace United Methodist Church, Somerset.
