  BEULAH F. FOY
  
  Beulah B. Foy, 77, of Oakland, Md., died Oct. 27, 1980 at Garrett Memorial
  Hospital.
  She was born March 17, 1903 in Swanton, Md., she was a daughter of the late
  George T. Beckman and Lillian (Walters) Beckman.
  She was a member of the United Methodist Church.
  She is survived by her husband, Hubert H. Foy; two daughters, Mrs. Betty J.
  Savage, McHenry,  Md.; and Mrs. Doris Howell, Swanton, Md.; two sons, James
  D. Foy and Carlton J. Foy, both of Terra Alta, W. Va.; one sister, Mrs.
  Ruth Johnson, Grantsville, Md.; 11 grandchildren and five
  great-grandchildren.
  Friends were received at the Stewart Funeral Home.
  Services were conducted in the funeral home by the Rev. W. C. Dunson and
  the Rev. James Dempsy.  Interment will be in Garrett County Memorial
  Gardens.
