  CHARLES E. FOY
  
  Charles Elmer Foy, 71, Berlin RD 1, died May 7, 1979, in Somerset Community
  Hospital.  He was born Feb. 14, 1908 in Freedom.
  
  He is survived by his wife, the former Gertrude Beal, and the following
  children:  Walter Lee Foy, Charles Elmer Foy Jr., Greenwood, S.C.; Hatyie
  Mae Lytle, Confluence RD 3; Robert A. Foy, Cherry Creek, N.Y.; Virginia Ann
  Fike, Winchester, Va.; William Allen Foy, Donald Edward Foy, Nancy Carter,
  Linda Clark, Betty Foy and David Foy, Winder, Ga.  He is also survived by
  two brothers:  Albert Foy, Somerset, and Wilbur Foy, Garrett; two
  sisters:  Mrs. Blanche Kurtz, Windber, and Hattie Miller, Berlin.
  
  He was preceded in death by his first wife, Ida Mae Huffenberger, two
  brothers and one sister.
  
  Friends were received at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where
  funeral service will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m.  Interment, Ursina
  Cemetery.
