  David A. Foy, 41, of Mason Dixon Highway, Garrett died Jan. 6, 1998 at
  Meyersdale Medical Center.  Born Sept. 1, 1956 in Brothersvalley
  Township.  Son of Virginia Mae (Miller) Foy of Berlin and the late Wilbur
  C. Foy.  Preceded in death by father, brother Donald, and infant daughter
  Crystal.  Survived by former wife Rhonda (Weaver) Foy and sons: David of
  West Palm Beach, Fla., and Matthew and Jason, both of Berlin.  Brother of
  Shirley Trent, Somerset; Neva Hughes of Garrett; James A., Garrett; Jack
  C., Robert D. and Thomas D. all of Berlin; Wilbur C., Boswell, and Albert
  D., Berlin.  Attended Berlin Brothersvalley High School.  Friends will be
  received from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the
  Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home, Rockwood, where funeral service will be
  conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, Pastor David Brady officiating.  Interment,
  Foy Cemetery, Berlin.  Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
