Foy, 74, of Stoystown RD 2, died Nov. 1, 1974, at his home. Born Aug. 5, 1900, he was a son of Walter and Nancy Bell Copper Foy. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Richard; a brother and a sister. Surviving are his wife, the former Ida Grace Walker, and these children: Mrs. Leonard (Cleo) Rodi, Rockwood; Mrs. John (Velma) Bowser, Stoystown RD 3; Mrs. James (Margaret) Lyons, Friedens RD 2; Mrs. Ford (Nancy) Critchfield of Rector; Mrs. Donald (Shirley) Carney, Stahlstown; also 26 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. He was a brother of Albert Foy, Somerset RD 5; Charles Foy, Mrs. Blanch Kurtz and Mrs. John Miller, all of Berllin RD. He was a retired stonemason and coal miner. Mr. and Mrs. Foy would have celebrated their golden wedding anniversary Nov. 14. Funeral service was conducted Sunday afternoon in Charles R. Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, with Rev.
