Foy, of Ligonier, died July 8 at her residence. Born Oct. 18, 1908, in Neiverton, Elk Lick Twp., a daughter of the late Samuel S. and Virginia L. (Durst) Speicher. Preceded by a son, William, and a brother, James. Survived by her husband Albert C. Foy, of Ligonier, and these children: Mrs. John (Jayne) Bowman, Rector; Mrs. James A. (Ethel) Wolf, Ligonier; Mrs. Joseph (Eveleen) Kuchinski, Elk Ridge, Md.; Mrs. Paul (Jimmie) Barefoot, Washington D.C.; and Mrs. Roger (Alice) Stanton, Hollsopple; also 24 grandchildren, 53 great-grandchildren and tow great-great-grandchildren. A sister of Mrs. Perry (Rachel) Will, Charles H. Speicher, and Samuel O. Speicher, all of Somerset. A member of the Somerset Church of God. A retired secretary with the United States Soldier's Home, Washington D.C. Friends received 7-9 p.m. today (Saturday) and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, were service will be held 1 p.m. Monday, with the Rev. Cletus Leasure officiating.
