  Michael S. Foy, 64, of Stoystown, died Aug. 25, 1981, at Somerset Community
  Hospital.  Born Sept. 4, 1916, in Quemahoning Township, son of John and
  Elizabeth (Holsopple) Foy.  Preceded in death by parents, a brother and a
  sister.  Survived by his widow, the former Eva "Peggy" Metzgar, whom he
  married may 13, 1943; and these children:  David, Listie; Mrs. Meredith
  (Cherie) Pugh, Manassas, Va.; Mrs. Carey (Marsha) Kimmel, Friedens RD 1; 10
  grandchildren.  Brother of Mrs. Ruth Ely, Johnstown.  Retired foreman for
  Zeglin Construction Co., Claridge.  Member of St. Paul's United Church of
  Christ, Stoystown; Rovert Hite Post 257 American Legion, Stoystown; and
  Jennerstown Community Sportsman.  Army veteran of World War II.  Family
  will receive friends from 6-9 p.m. Wednesday at Deaner Funeral Home,
  Stoystown, were services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, the Rev.
  Jeffery A. Welsh.  Interment, Odd Fellows Cemetery, Stoystown.  If friends
  desire, instead of flowers, contributions may be made to the heart Fund.
