  William C. Foy, 44, of Rockville, Md., formerly of Somerset, died July 10,
  1972, in the Suburban Hospital, Bethesda, Md.  He was born on June 28,
  1928, in Somerset County a son of Albert and Mabel (Speicher) Foy. 
  Survived by his widow, the former Emma Jane Stuller, and these children: 
  Mrs. Daniel (Gloria Jean) Werner of Harrisburg; William of Gaithersburg,
  Md.; John of Fredericksburg; Timothy of Rockville, Md.; Daniel, U.S. Army;
  Susan, Sandra and Matthew, all at home.  Also, surviving are six
  grandchildren and these brothers and sisters:  Mrs. John (Jane) Bowman of
  Glen Burnie, Md.; Mrs. James (Ethel) Wolf and Mrs. Joseph (Eveleen)
  Kuchinski, both of Ligonier; Mrs. Paul (Jimmie Ilene) Barefoot of
  Washington, D.C.; and Mrs. Dale (Alice) Stanton of North Madison, Ohio. 
  Preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.  Friends received after 
  7 p.m. Tuesday (today) in the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home where services 
  will be conducted Thursday at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Jack McClure officiating. 
  Interment, Husband Cemetery.
