  Dorothy Ruth Fraass, 57, Somerset, died May 13, 1995, at Siemon Lakeview
  Manor Estate.  Born May 5, 1938, in Somerset.  Daughter of James Robert
  Latshaw of Somerset and the late Ada Ruth (Kimmel) Latshaw.  Preceded in
  death by a son, Fred Smith.  Survived by husband, Charles Joseph Fraass, and
  these children: Robert L. Smith of Maryland, Mrs. Brenda S. Bergsma of Lake
  Geneva, Wi.; Mrs. Thomas J. (Dawn) Gilmer III of Somerset RD 6; also 4
  grandchildren.  Sister of Mrs. William (Delores) Fretts of Grove City,
  William R. Latshaw of Somerset RD 1, Richard A. Latshaw of Winchester, Va.;
  Miss Janice Latshaw of Berlin, and Mrs. David D. (Judy) Kimmel of Somerset
  RD 3.  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the
  Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, SOMERSET, where services will be conducted at
  10 a.m. Wednesday, the Rev. David A. Walker officiating.  Interment,
  Somerset County Memorial Park.  Contributions may be made to Somerset  
  "In Touch" Hospice, 651 S. Center Ave., Somerset, Pa. 15501
