  Joseph E. Fraley, 79, Somerset, died March 7, 2006, in Johnstown. Born January 24, 1927, in Terra
  Alta, W.Va., he is the son of the late Ralph Dewitt and Erna Ethel (Creamer) Fraley. Also preceded
  in death by his wife, Martha Jane (Friend) Fraley; son, Jon Fraley; daughter, Bonnie Fraley; and
  brother Robert Fraley. Survived by children, Mrs. Gene (Ruth Ann) Hanlin, Illinois; Joseph R.
  Fraley and wife, Peggy, Clarksburg, W.Va.; Mrs. David (Jaynee Jo) White, Lakeland, Fla.; James
  Fraley and wife, Melanie, and Janice Meyers, both of Somerset; and Mrs. Edward (Judy) Wyant,
  Berlin. Also survived by Cheryl and Tim Weimer of Somerset; grandchildren, Ron and Kari Woy, Andy
  and Jill Latuch, Lee and Leah Hanlin, Teresa and Jeff Hayhurst, Jodi and Justin Howes, Natalie
  Meyers, Adam Meyers, Josh Fraley, Joe Wyant and Cory Wyant; also 14 great-grand-children; brother,
  Robert Fraley and wife, Esther, Somerset; and a sister-in-law, Ardella Fraley, Friendsville. Former
  employee of Uptegraph and a member of the Milford United Methodist Church family. Friends received 2
  to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where a service will be held
  at 10 a.m. Friday. The Rev. Mark Ongley and the Rev. Randall Bain officiating. Interment in the
  Terra Alta Cemetery, Terra Alta, W.Va. Contributions may be made to the Milford United Methodist
  Church, 621 Broadway St., Rockwood, PA 15557.
