    James R. France, 69, Boswell, went to be with the Lord Aug. 20, 2008, at Somerset
  Hospital. Born June 7, 1939, son of Steven and Clara (Cordutsky) France. Preceded in
  death by parents; and brother, Robert J. France. Survived by sister in- law, Klara
  France, Windber; and nephews, Robert and Stephen; and niece, Maria. Also survived by
  former wife, Shirley France and her children, Pam and Ann. James attended the Laurel Hill
  Gospel Tabernacle, Boswell. Friends received from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the William Kisiel
  Funeral Home, Windber, and where a funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday. The
  Rev. Gary Anderson officiating, assisted by the Rev. Gregory Michalisin. James will be
  laid to rest in St. Mary Byzantine Catholic Cemetery, Windber, along side his parents and
  brother.
