    Wayne A. Francis, 41, of Somerset died Jan. 21, 1993, at Allegheny
  General Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born July 14, 1951, at Rutland, Vt. 
  Preceded in death by his father, Oliver J. Francis, and a brother, Gary W.
  Francis.  Survived by a son, Shane Shaffer, Somerset; his mother, Hilda M.
  Francis, Kissimmee, Fla., and three sisters - Arlene Weimer, Somerset;
  Denise Kiraly, Kissimmee, Fla., and Anna Caron, Derby, Vt.  Interment at
  Arlington National Cemetery in Washington D.C.
