  Donald Alan Franke, 41, died Aug. 11, 2002 in Fairfax, Va.  Born Oct. 12,
  1960 in Wilmington, Ohio.  Son of Donald J. and Ruth Franke.  Survived by
  parents of Bradenton, Fla., brother Larry Franke married to the former Judy
  Flick, Boswell; sister Diane Gowarty, Bradenton, Fla., and nieces Kelsey
  Franke, Heather Gowarty, Dawn Gowarty, and Brian Gowarty.  Also aunts and
  uncles Marshall and Andrea Policicchio, Walter and Joanne Sheftic, Albert
  Lape, and cousins, Marshall J. and Betsy Policicchio.  He was employed with
  the United States Public Health Department in Rockville, Md.  Served in the
  U.S. Navy for six years.  Friends received from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
  Wednesday at Demaine Funeral Home, 5308 Blacklick Road, Springfield, Va.
  22151.  Interment, Arlington National Cemetery.
