Born in Friendsville, he was a son of the late James and Elsie (Friend) Frazee. His wife, Daisy, died in 1966. Surviving are two sons, Wade and Foster Frazee, Friendsville; four daughters, Miss Beatrice Frazee, Oakland; Mrs. Lorene Bartholomew, Friendsville; Mrs. Helen Lowdermilk, Baltimore; and Mrs. Dorothy Livengood, Cumberland; his stepmother, Mrs. Bessie (Detrick) Frazee, Friendsville; a stepbrother, Styrl Niner, Friendsville; two half-brothers, James Frazee Jr. and Noah W. Frazee, Cuzzart, W. Va.; also two sisters, Mrs. Tarleton Humberson, Hazelton, W. Va., and Mrs. Lizzie Sisler, Friendsville; four half-sisters, Mrs. Beulah Savage and Mrs. Nellie Nugent, Morgantown, W. Va.; and Mrs. Eloise Fike of Ohio; 16 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Funeral service was held Saturday afternoon in Newman Funeral Home, Friendsville, with Rev. Eugene Thayer officiating. Interment in Blooming Rose Cemetery.
