Born in Selbysport Feb. 21, 1924, he was a son of the late Alexander D. and Orpah (Fike) Frazee. A retired operating engineer with membership in Local 37, he last worked for Phoenix Construction and Keystone Paving. He also was a member of Proctor-Kildow Post 71, American Legion, Oakland, Md.; and the National Rifle Association. He was a veteran of World War II. Surviving are his widow, Nina May (Jenkins) Frazee; one son, Rodney D. Frazee, Friendsville, Md.; one daughter, Mrs. Alleen Durstine, Confluence; one brother, Glenn E. Frazee, Friendsville, Md.; four sisters, Mrs. Olive Grove, Mrs. Claudine Vitez, Mrs. Thelma Grove and Mrs. Faye Humberson, all of Friendsville, Md. and one granddaughter. Friends were received in the Newman Funeral Home, Friendsville, Md. Services were conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Edward Myers. Interment Blooming Rose Cemetery.
