"Old Dude" Frazier Sr., 72, of Johnstown, died Sept. 12, 1995, at home. Born June 4, 1923, in Cumberland, Md., where he resided for many years. Son of Lucious and Mary (Simms) Frazier. Preceded in death by parents; sisters Peggy, Margie and Etheleen, Frances, brothers Otho, Brooklyn and these children: Lawrence, Constance and Donald. Survived by these children: Valarie, wife of John Sims Jr. of Stonington, Conn.; Clarence Jr., married to the former MaryJane Brown of Somerset; Michael, married to the former Chyla Evans of Bethesda, Md.. Also survived by these brothers and sisters: Alice and Margaret, both of Cumberland, Md.; Mary of Fort Worth, Texas; Josephine of Baltimore, Md.; and brothers William and Robert, both of Cumberland, Md. Survived by these grandchildren: Yorel, married to Tyler McIntosh; Yolanda; Leroy, married to the former Melanie Hawkins; Justin, Jerome and Kaytye, Ashton, Chloe and Jordan; also five great-grandchildren. Clarence will be sadly missed by Annie Tate, Mr. and Mrs. Lira Pridgen Jr., Mrs. Jackie Pridgen, Mrs. Murry Sims and Jeff Matula and all of his neighbors and friends. Retired Chicago Express tractor-trailer driver. After his retirement, he was a neighborhood handyman. Family receiving friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Edward Moskal Funeral Home, 79 J St at Barron Avenue, Johnstown. Brief viewing from 12 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with minister Calvin McCray and Rev. Joseph McGauley officiating. burial will be at Grandview Cemetery.
