Preceded in death by parents, wife, former Madie Miller, two brothers, Wilmer and Luther, two sisters, Ida and May. Survived by daughter: Mrs. Delmont (Ruth) Whited, Central City RD 1; three grandchildren, Keith, Claudia and Rodney, one great-grandson, Andrew. Brother of Charles of Shanksville. Retired farmer and steelworker. Formerly sold livestock feed supplement. Member of Shanksville United Methodist Church and Shanksville Silver and Gold Senior Citizens. Family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, Remains will be removed to the Shanksville United Methodist Church to lie in state from 1 p.m. until services at 2 p.m. Thursday, the Rev.
