  MARTHA E. FRAZIER
  
    Martha E. Frazier, 86, of Central City, died Feb. 14, 2000, at her
  residence.  Born Jan. 6, 1914.  Preceded in death by her husband, Harold
  Frazier, 1988.  Survived by daughter Patricia Forman and one son, James
  Eastwood of Pittsburgh area.  She was the former owner of Martha's Flea
  Market on route 30 near New Baltimore Road for many years.  Member of
  Somerset County Blind Association.  No viewing or visitation.
