He was born Jan. 15, 1920, in Stonycreek Township, son of Wilmer C. and Katherine (Berkey) Frazier. He was preceded in death by parents, and daughter, Sylvia Barta. He is survived by widow, former Jeanette Custer, and these children: Larry, married to former Frances Snyder, Berlin RD 1, and Colleen and Kristy, both at home; also five grandchildren. He was the brother of Harold, Mrs. Donald (Geneva) Shumaker and Lester, all of Central City RD 1; Mrs. Mildred Meyers, Jacobus; Paul, Windber; Mrs. Lloyd (Willamae) Decker, Stoystown RD 3; and Mrs. Charles (Carol) Kopp, York, Pa. He was a heavy equipment operator; graduate of former Stonycreek Township High School, Class of 1939; Army veteran of World War II; member of Stonycreek Valley American Legion. Friends were received at the Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where services were conducted with the Rev. Earl Crissman. Interment, Berkey Cemetery. The Republic, November 13, 1980 [F0824]
