  Joseph J. Freas, 64, of Meyersdale RD 4, died Sept. 18 at his residence. 
  Born Nov. 2, 1909 in Philadelphia.  Survived by his widow, the former Alice
  Hersch and these children:  Mrs. Jo Ann Dermer of Hyndman; Wayne, David,
  Joyce, Alice, Cheryl, Janet, and Roseanna, all at home; Charlotte and
  Esther of Philadelphia.  Funeral services Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Konhaus
  Funeral Home with Bishop Irvin J. Knieriem officiating.  Interment, St.
  John's Church Cemetery.
