Owned and operated the Triangle Radio and Television in Dormont for 35 years, retiring in 1981. Also active in collecting and restoring antiques, and was associated with several historical associations. Member and former trustee of the Chartiers Hill United Presbyterian Church, Cannonsburg. Survived by his wife, Luella (Duppstadt) Frenz, formerly of Somerset County; also two brothers: Donald Frenz, Ashtabula, Ohio. Preceded in death by one son, Kevin Douglas Frenz; two brothers: William and Paul; and one sister, Louise Pickett Judd. Friends are being received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday in the Griffith and Bogan Funeral Home, 164 West Pike St., Cannonsburg. Services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Chartiers Hill United Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Donald Austin officiating. Interment, Chartiers Hill Cemetery.
