    Shelby J. (Walker) Frey, 57, died on Sept. 24, 1996, in Hanover (Pa.)
  General Hospital.  Born on Sept. 2, 1939, in Berlin.  Beloved wife of
  Charles E. Frey Sr.  Devoted mother of Tracy E. Collins and Debra L. Frey,
  both of Baltimore, Md.  Dear step-mother of Charles E. Frey Jr., New
  Freedom, Pa., and Ronald R. Frey of Baltimore.  Loving grandmother of
  Anthony J. and Kayla M. Collins.  Dear sister of Virginia Rhoads and Luther
  Walker, both of Pa.  Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. 
  Funeral services will be held at the Leonard J. Ruck Funeral Home Inc.,
  5305 Hartford Road (Echodale Avenue), Baltimore, Md. 21214 on Monday at
  noon.  Interment, Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.  Friends may call on
  Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
