The funeral will be held in St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Wednesday morning. Meyersdale Republican, December 17, 1931 ----- HUBERT FRICKEY ACCIDENT, MD., Dec. 21 - The body of Hubert Frickey, aged 26 years, who died in the Memorial Hospital, Cumberland, on Sunday, December 13th, after an illness of short duration, was brought to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Alexander last Monday. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Catherine Frickey, who resides in Accident, and by the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Earl Alexander, Rose Frickey, Mrs. Lloyd Alexander, Olive Frickey and Mrs. Robert Alexander, all of Accident; John Frickey of Akron, Ohio and Earl and Noah Frickey of Grantsville. He is also survived by a number of nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Funeral services were conducted in St. Paul's Lutheran Church last Wednesday at 10 a.m. by Rev. A. B. Harper, pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran Church of which the deceased was a member. Several hymns were sung by a male quartet from Friendsville. The following friends of the deceased were his pallbearers: Harrison Kamp, Dwight Speicher, Lawrence Georg, George Miller, Fred Alexander and Ross Speicher. Misses Gladys Hetrick, Catherine Richter, Althea Schlossnagle, Mary Miller, Nelle Alexander, Ethel Younkin, Blanche Brenneman and Beulah Keller were the flower bearers; the floral tributes were very beautiful. Undertaker Winterberg of Grantsville had charge of the funeral. Meyersdale Republican, December 24, 1931
