  FRIDY
  
  Donald B. Fridy, 74, of East Catherine St., Somerset, died April 25, in
  Somerset Community Hospital; born May 3, 1898 in Pottstown; a son of the
  late Edgar and Bertha Rayson Fridy; preceded in death by one grandson, two
  sisters and one brother; survived by wife, the former, Mary Moyer and these
  children, Mrs. Betty Ann Sellers, Pittsburgh; Thomas of Somerset; and four
  grandchildren; member of Calvary United Methodist Church, the American
  Legion, a veteran of World War I.  Mr. Friday had served as assistant
  superintendent for the Pennsylvania Dept. of Transportation, Somerset
  County from 1940 until his retirement in 1964.  Friends will be received
  after 2 p.m. Thursday in the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home where services
  will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday with the Rev. Robert Doyle
  officiating.  Interment Somerset County Memorial Park.
