Friedline, 47, Somerset, formerly of Shanksville, died July 3, 2005, at home. Born Oct. 21, 1975, in Somerset, daughter of the late Robert K. and Kathryn "Kit" (Foy) Friedline. Survived by a brother, Robert K. Jr., Somerset; nephew and niece, Michael and Kelsea Friedline, whom she cherished with all her heart; step nieces, Kristin and Jessica Gregg; special buddies Austin and Chase Bolton and numerous other family and friends. She was a 1975 graduate of Shanksville Stonycreek High School. Former First Deputy to the Somerset County Recorder of Deeds and cared for several area children while they were growing up. Member of First Christian Church, Somerset; Somerset Lions Club; Shanksville Fire Company Auxiliary; Flight 93 Task Force and Forbes Trail District Committee of Penns Woods Council Boy Scouts of America. She was a former Judge of Elections in Shanksville. She enjoyed spending time with friends, photography, calligraphy and loved being with children. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown. Viewing from 10 a.m. until service at 11 a.m. Saturday at First Christian Church, Somerset. The Rev. Daniel Nicksich and Rev. William Foy officiating. Interment, Walker Cemetery, Shanksville. Because of her love of children, instead of flowers, Kim requested contributions to Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, Hematology and Oncology Dept., 3705 Fifth Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15213.
