Born Aug. 7, 1927, in Rockwood, daughter of the late William Martin and the late Hazel (Morrison) Martin-Burkholder. Preceded in death by a son, Robert J. Friedline; a daughter, Joyce Ann Friedline; a brother, Vernon Martin; and a half-sister, Jean King. Survived by husband, Cloyd H. Friedline, and sons, Lee E. Friedline, Somerset RD 7, and Rick A. Friedline, Somerset RD 3; also three grandchildren, Lindsay, Jeremy and Crystal. Half-sister of Richard Burkholder, Perris, Calif.; R. Donald Burkholder, Blooming Glen, Pa.; Ralph "Joe" Burkholder, Hellertown, Pa.; Mrs. William (Delores) Custer, Cairnbrook; Alvin "Butch" Burkholder, Nanticoke, Pa.; Mrs. Bernard (Shirley) Hankinson, Bedford, and Allen "Carley" Burkholder, Central City. Retired employee of Somerset Riverside Market. Formerly worked for J.J. Newberry Co., and Latshaws Dairy. A 1947 graduate of Somerset High School. Member of Bethany United Methodist Church. Friends received from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Bethany United Methodist Church, with Rev. John R. Guerre officiating. Viewing at the church one hour prior to service. Interment, Bethany Cemetery. Family suggests contributions to Bethany United Methodist Church, RD 3, Somerset, PA 15501.
