Friedline, 84, Rockwood, passed on Dec. 4, 2005, at Somerset Hospital. Born Dec. 31, 1920, in Milford Township, the son of the late Edward and Lucy (Thomas) Friedline. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Thelma in 1999; sisters, Edna Moon, Lucy Ellen Gerber, Catherine Heiple and Elva Ohler and brother, Robert Friedline. He is survived by his children, David L. and wife, Dorene (Thomas) Friedline; Danny R. and wife, Maureen (Callaghan) Friedline and Stacey and husband, Bill Heiple, all of Rockwood; grandchildren, Michael, Steven and Valerie Friedline, and Mary Heiple; sisters, Alma Pritts, Somerset and Alice and husband, Dwight Kellogg, Rockwood; and brother, Don and wife, Mardelle Friedline, Rockwood. He was the owner and operator of Friedline's Feed Store in Rockwood for more than 40 years. He was a life-long member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church and was a school board member at both Rockwood area schools and Somerset County Vo-Tech School District. He was a member of the Pine Turn Rod and Gun Club and Lodge 554 of the F&AM in Meyersdale. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, Rockwood. A service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Luke's Church. The Rev. George and the Rev. Ardelle Mason officiating. Interment at Rockwood IOOF Cemetery.
