  RALPH E. FRITZ

    Ralph E. Fritz, 60, of West Palm Beach, Fla., died Dec. 15, 1980 at West
  Palm Beach.
    He was born May 22, 1920 in Belltown, (Somerset County) a son of the late
  Edward and Eva (Tipton) Fritz.  He is survived by his widow, Betty Snyder,
  and three children: Ralph S., of West Palm Beach; Jerry W., Grantsville,
  Md.; and Linda L. Hetrick, Meyersdale; six grandchildren.  He was a brother
  of Carl E. and Mrs. Jean Shaffer, all of Somerset; Mrs. Hazel Weeks, of
  Alexandria, Va.  He was a former owner of Fritz Market in Meyersdale and
  agent for the United Republic Insurance company.
    He was a member of Amith United Church of Christ, veteran of World War
  II, past commander of the Meyersdale VFW, charter member of Meyersdale
  Elks, member of the F and AM Lodge 554, Harrisburg Consistory, and Ali Ghan
  Temple, Cumberland, Md.
    Friends were received at the M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home, Meyersdale,
  where services were conducted with the Rev. Lloyd Sechriest, officiating. 
  Interment, Reformed Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, family suggests
  contributions be made to the Meyersdale Masonic Temple.
