FRY Merle McKenzie Fry, aged 43, died on Friday morning, Dec. 23, at his home in Jenners, following a long illness. He had been an invalid for the last two years. He was badly injured in a fall from a Jerome tipple while assisting in installing a coal cleaning plant, and had since been unable to work. He was a son of John and Anna (McDermott) Fry, and was born June 7, 1889, in Clarksburg, Indiana County, Pa. Surviving are his wife and two sons, Calvin and George, both at home. He was a brother of Mrs. J. C. Bell, of Vandergrift; Mrs. E. A. March, of Pittsburgh; Cad Fry, of Indiana County, Pa.; Brooks Fry, of Canton, O.; Glenn Fry, of Wyoming, and Chester Fry, of Blacklick.
