Fullem, after having been confined to his home for six months, died Sunday, Jan. 13, 8:55 a.m., at his home in LaPorte City, Iowa, at the age of 54 years and 11 days. He was born in Summit Mills, Pa., Jan. 2, 1892, a son of the late Simon P. and Ellen (Maust) Fullem. He was married to Anna Hansen of Humboldt, Iowa, June 16, 1914. He was employed in the tool room of the John Deere Tractor Company for 22 years and was a resident of Iowa for 35 years. He is survived by his wife and one daughter, Mrs. Charles M. Haynes, now living at home, also by the following brothers and sisters: John E. Fullem, Meyersdale; Gilbert H., Rockwood; Joseph L. and Mrs. John D. Liebau, Cumberland, Md.; Mrs. Edgar H. Miller, Gary, Ind.; Miss Mary Fullem and Mrs. Carl H. Grove, Meyersdale. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, Jan. 15, at 3:00 p.m., at the O'Keefe Towne Funeral Home in Waterloo, Iowa, by Rev. Lloyd Dutro, pastor of Groves Memorial. Interment was made in Fairview Cemetery in Waterloo, Iowa. Meyersdale Republican, January 24, 1946
