ISAIAH F. FULLER JR.

  The subject of this sketch was born at Grantsville, Md., March 22, 1863, and 
died at his home near Oakland, Md., Aug. 28, 1930, aged 67 years, 5 months and 6 
days.  He was a son of the late Isaiah Fuller, Sr., and Elizabeth Blocher 
Fuller.  He was a man of gigantic size, being about 6 feet 5 inches tall, and 
wherever he was known, he was generally referred to as "Big Ize Fuller."  He 
died of dropsy, and is survived by a wife and one daughter, Mrs. Leo Smith, 
residing at Akron, Ohio.  His funeral took place on Aug. 30th.  He was one of 
fourteen children, of which the following survive:   John of Meyersdale, George 
of Keystone Junction, Charles of Boswell, William of Garrett, Harrison of 
Avilton, Md., Mrs. Betty Cochrane of Salisbury, and Mrs. Thomas Garlitz of Sand 
Patch.
