  FULMER
  
    Nora (Sanner) Fulmer, 89, formerly of Garrett, died Nov. 24, 1989, at the
  Siemon Lakeview Manor Estate, Somerset.  Born in Black Township, Feb. 6,
  1900, the daughter of Nelson, and Ida (Marker) Sanner. A member of the Mt.
  Tabor Lutheran Church of Garrett.  Survived by daughter, Mrs. Ruth (Fulmer)
  Planck, Atlanta, Ga.; one brother, Earl Sanner, Fla.; one grandson, Murray
  Saylor, Atlanta, Ga.; and two great-granddaughters, Elizabeth and Jacqelyn
  Saylor, Atlanta, Ga. Husband, Ross J. Fulmer, preceded her in death. There
  will be no public viewing. Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m.
  Sunday, Nov. 26, 1989, at the I.O.O.F. cemetery in Rockwood.  Arrangements
  are under the direction of the William J. Wood Funeral Home, Rockwood.
