  Ray W. Fulmer, 86, of Garrett died Nov. 26, 1974, at his home.  Born Dec.
  17, 1887 in Pennsylvania, a son of the late Benjamine and Elizabeth
  (Turney) Fulmer.  Survived by a niece, Mrs. Ruth Saylor of Cleveland, Ohio.
  Friends will be received after 2 p.m. Friday (today) at the William R.
  Price Funeral Home, Inc., Meyersdale, where services will be conducted
  Saturday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. William Phennicie officiating.  Interment,
  Addison Cemetery.
