Clair Fulton; 90, of Pittsburgh, formerly of Stoystown, died Sept. 2, 1999, at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born March 3, 1909, in Stoystown, son of Franklin J. and Isabelle (Gardner) Fulton. Preceded in death by parents; his wife, the former Florence Jones; brothers, Emory, Elery and Ray; sister, Ruth Fern Barnhart, and an infant sister. Survived by daughter, Patricia Fulton-Cox, Pittsburgh; son, Richard, married to the former Martine Comeau of Boynton Beach, Fla.; grandchildren: Mariah and Emory Lewis, David and Sarah Fulton; sister, Mildred, married to Roy K. Shaulis, Stoystown, and numerous nieces and nephews. Retired from U.S. Postal Service. World War II Navy veteran. Member of St. Paul's U.C.C., Stoystown, and Meyersdale American Legion. Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown. Viewing at St. Paul's U.C.C. from 1 p.m. until services at 2 p.m. Sunday, Rev.
