Fulton, 74, of Laurel View Village, Davidsville, formerly of Richland Township, died July 4, 2001, at the village. Born July 29, 1926, in Jenners. Son of Joseph B. and Victoria E. (Olszewski) Fulton. Preceded in death by parents, wife, former Eileen V. Wisdom, who died Aug. 21, 1976; infant sister; and sister Frances Slavich. Survived by daughter, Roberta Ann, wife of Douglas B. Thomas, Soap Hollow Road, Hollsopple RD; sister Mary Jane Orlandi, Berlin; brothers, Edward, Jenners, Joseph, Boswell RD, and Ernest, Walton Hills, Ohio; also very close friend Grace Adams, Richland; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and the Korean War having served on the U.S.S. Leyte. Following his discharge from the Navy, Bob settled in Rhode Island and was employed as an operating engineer at Farmers Feed Division of Narragansett Brewery, Cranston, R.I. In 1988, he resettled in Richland Township. Member of American Legion Post 849, VFW Post 155 and Jenner Rod & Gun Club. Friends received from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Route 403 and Church Road, Davidsville, where service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday. Rev. Fr. Michael Lewandowski OFM Conv. officiating. Following cremation, committal at St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Boswell, at convenience of family.
