  MRS. CHARLES FUNKA
  
    Mrs. Margaret Gauntz Funka, 60, wife of Charles Funka, Washington, Pa.,
  died suddenly Monday, May 23, in Washington Hospital.
    She was born in Meyersdale March 3, 1906, a daughter of the late John and
  Catherine (Bittner) Gauntz.
    She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Lloyd Hambright, Lancaster; two
  brothers, Harry W. and Charles W. Gauntz, both of Meyersdale; and three
  sisters:  Mrs. Sara Siehl, Detroit, Mich., Mrs. Ora Habel, Lancaster, and
  Mrs. Nellie Saipz, Livonia, Mich.
    She was a registered nurse and worked a number of years in Hazel
  McGilvery Hospital, Meyersdale, and continued private duty nursing in
  Washington.
    The remains were brought to Meyersdale Thursday and funeral service was
  held in Amity United Church of Christ at 2 p.m., the Rev. Joseph Chukla
  officiating.  Interment in the Reformed Cemetery.
