  Nikles John Gaal, 21, of Nicole Lane, Somerset, died Oct. 20, 2002 in
  Jenner Township in an automobile accident along with his brother.  Born
  Dec. 16, 1980 in Somerset, son of John F. Gaal and friend Vicki Vance of
  Hustontown, and Cherry (Shaffer) Benedict and fiance Thomas E. Turner, of
  Friedens.  Preceded in death by paternal grandfather John Gaal, Jr., aunt
  Susan Hughes and uncle Floyd Robert Conn.  Survived by his wife, the former
  Joydawn Marie Workman; son Nikles John II; a brother, John E. Gaal, of
  Somerset; half-brother Bowie Nathaniel Gaal of Hustontown; paternal
  grandmother Florence Westerman of Berlin and maternal grandparents Lewis R.
  Shaffer, Sr. and wife Goldie, and Sara (Snyder) married to Junior Dneaster,
  all of Somerset; aunts Cathy Duvall and Lenora Patrick; uncles Lewis R.
  Shaffer Jr. and William Westerman Jr.  He attended Somerset High School.  A
  welder at Leiss Tool and Die Somerset.  He attended Somerset Christian
  Fellowship.  He enjoyed spending time with his son and brothers,
  Playstation and the Steelers.  Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and
  7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown.  Viewing from 10
  a.m. until service at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Somerset Christian Fellowship. 
  Rev. William J. Dodson, officiating.  Interment, Mizpah Cemetery.  In lieu
  of flowers, contributions may be given to his family to assist with his
  child's education costs.
