    Catherine S. (Berkey) Miller Gallagher, 78, Berlin, formerly of New Centerville, died
  Jan. 20, 2008, at Somerset Hospital. Born June 11, 1929, in New Centerville, a daughter
  of John H. and Elsie (Fenslau) Berkey. Preceded in death by  parents; husband, James
  Miller; sister, Edith Seifert; and  granddaughter, Heather N. Jones. Survived by these
  children,  Karen J. Gray, Holiday, Fla.; Elliott B. (Judy) Ansell, Somerset; Curtis M.
  Ansell, Castile, N.Y.; Keith B. Ansell (Karen),  Friedens; Carmen "Suzy" (Joseph) Abbott,
  Garrett;  Clarissa R. "Shelly" Ansell, Pittsburgh; Kit J. (Victor) Muccioli, Jennerstown;
  Kim J. (William) Johnson, Blairsville; 22  grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren;
  and a brother,  John E. (Sienna) Berkey, Somerset. Member of Messiah Lutheran Church, New
  Centerville. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also
  enjoyed sewing. She  had a heart of gold and will be missed by all who knew her.  Family
  will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m.  Wednesday at the Deaner Funeral Home,
  Berlin. Viewing  from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Thursday, at  Messiah
  Lutheran Church. The Rev. Will Osman officiating. Interment, Union Cemetery, New
  Centerville. Memorial contributions may be given to Meadow View Nursing Center, 1404 Hay
  St., Berlin, PA 15530.
