  GAMBER
  
  Roland Ellis Gamber, 59, of Rebecca Ave., Somerset, died Sept. 26, 1977 at
  his residence.  Born Aug. 21, 1918 in Bedford County, a son of the late
  Mrs. [sic] and Mrs. Roland Gamber.  Preceded in death by a son, Samuel.  Survived by
  a son, Ronald E. of Stoystown and three grandchildren.  A member of Everett
  American Legion Post No. 8; VFW Post, Somerset; F.O.E. 1801, Somerset.  He
  was a retired Spector Freight Co. driver and a veteran of World War II. 
  Friends will be received after 7 p.m. today at the Robert H. Halverson
  Funeral Home, where funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 10 a.m.
  with the Rev. Samuel E. Charlton.  Interment, Everett Cemetery.  Graveside
  military rites will be conducted by the Everett Post No. 8, American Legion.
