  GARDNER
  
  Donald A. Gardner, 77, of Friedens RD 2, died June 21, 1990, at Somerset
  Hospital.  Born Aug. 30, 1912, in Johnstown, son of the late Peter J. and
  Anna May (Miller) Gardner.  Also preceded in death by an infant daughter, a
  great-granddaughter and brother, Bert R. Miller.  He is survived by his
  wife, the former Catherine Louise Yoder, and these children: Mrs. Harold R.
  (Nancy) Meyers of Friedens RD 2; and Donald E., married to the former Joy
  Griffith of Somerset; also five grandchildren and five
  great-grandchildren.  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday
  at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where services will be held at 10 a.m.
  Saturday, the Rev. Roger L. Forry officiating.  Interment, Somerset County
  Memorial Park.
