  GARDNER
  
    The Rev. Jack R. Gardner, 79, a native of Rockwood, died Nov. 12, 1999 in
  Hospice House, Savannah, Ga.  Survived by his wife, Helen Derrick Gardner of
  Augusta, Ga., two nephews and four nieces.  A graduate of the Gettysburg
  Lutheran Theological Seminary, he served as pastor to churches in New
  Chester and Montgomery, both in Pennsylvania.  There will be a private
  burial in Westover Memorial Park in Augusta, Ga.  Sipple Mortuary and
  Crematory, funeral directors, in charge of arrangements.
