Gardner, Mrs. L. G.

  Mrs. Luther G. Gardner, aged 40 years, died of pneumonia at 5 o'clock Saturday 
morning at her home in Pilltown one and one-half mile from Boswell. Mrs. Gardner 
was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Shaffer. Her mother is dead but her father 
still resides at Jennertown with another daughter, Mrs. Jacobs. Besides her 
husband Mrs. Gardner is survived by one daughter, her father and one sister, 
Mrs. Jacobs. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon in Mt. Zion Lutheran 
Church. Interment in the Church cemetery in charge of Undertaker L. G. Hoffman.
