  MRS. ELRA F. GARLETTS
  
    Mrs. Ida Garletts, 78, Friendsville, Md., widow of former Garrett County
  (Md.) Commissioner Elra F. Garletts, died April 11, 1972, at her home.
    A native of Wisconsin, she was the daughter of the late Carl and
  Charlotte (Lepner) Lepsch.   
    She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church and WOW Grove 6043.
    Surviving are a son, Merle A. Garletts, Friendsville; two daughters, Mrs.
  Louella Stevnes, Rockville, Md.; and Mrs. Anna Hall, Silver Springs, Md.;
  four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Emma Lester,
  Bowie, Md.; and a brother, Edward Lepsch, McKeesport.
    Funeral service was held in Grace Lutheran Church, Friday afternoon, with
  Rev. William Carlson officiating.
    Interment in Frazee Ridge Cemetery near Friendsville under the direction
  of Newman Funeral Home.
