  CHARLES L. GARLITZ
  
  Charles L. Garlitz, 64, of Frostburg, Md., died Oct. 3, 1978 at his home.
  
  Born in Frostburg, he was a son of the late John Garlitz and Ella (Hemming)
  Garlitz.
  
  He is a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church.
  
  Surviving are four brothers, Clayton J., Ralph, and Edward Garlitz, all of
  Frostburg, Md., and Harry Garlitz, Kitzmiller, Md.; three sisters, Mrs.
  Nellie McKenzie, Frostburg, Md.; Mrs. Virgie McKenzie, Accident, Md. and
  Mrs. Ora Wiland, Lonaconing, Md.
  
  Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Ann's Catholic Church,
  Avilton, Md.  Interment was in the church cemetery.
