GARLITZ Kenneth Lee Garlitz, 26, of Somerset RD 5, died May 3, 1972. Death, ruled by state police as a suicide, was caused by carbon monoxide poisoning. His body was located in his automobile parked near a strip mine about a mile east of Somerset last Thursday morning with a hose connected to the exhaust of his vehicle. Born in Salisbury, May 19, 1945, he was a son of Herbert Garlitz of Strykersville, N. Y., and the late Iva (Trent) Garlitz. Surviving are his wife, the former Sandra Lee Tucker; a son, Kenneth Lee Jr.; a half-sister, Diane Garlitz and a half-brother, Harry Garlitz, both of Strykersville, N. Y. He served in the U.S. Army in 1965-68 and was employed by the Coleman Company in Somerset. Funeral service was held Sunday afternoon in Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, Somerset, with Rev. H. B.
